ABOUT ME....

Founded in 2019, Roxy's Sugar Shack came to be when I realized my love of baking needed a bigger outlet. I started making cakes and cupcakes for my two children and friends, then realized I wanted to reach more people!

I have since branched out and now include french macarons, cake pops, cookies and more. I currently operate out of my home in Neenah Wisconsin under Wisconsin Cottage Food Law. I have a dream of one day owning a brick and mortar storefront in downtown Neenah nestled in between all my favorite restaurants and shops.

The name sake for my bakery is in honor of my late dog, the cutest little Pug there ever was, my sweet Roxy. She passed away in 2017 and I felt this was a way I could keep her memory alive and always in my heart.
